Why do we need to be literate in media and information?

We need to be literate in media and information because we all know that this is the century of all high technology and also all thing are modern so we need to be literate on those so that we can go we the flow meaning to say that we can adopt on those thing that are being used nowadays,and it also important for us to adjust on that.we should be literate in information about what happening on our society and even information about worldwide because we all know that some people are not oriented on media and technology and even happening all around the world because they lack in education and the reason why is because they dont have enough money or they are poor to go in school to be educated or we can say to be literate

I want you to know that this is important topic that we should tackle because being litarate to something is such a good thing.being literate in media is not all good because it has good and bad thing,advantages and disadvantage because on news that is being reported in some websites like facebook or other we see that theres some fake news happening,they spread fake news,what we need to see is we should be sure on what we read and see on websites and social media because we cant assure that those thing or info is true

Social media is also can be used as a way bullying that cause to a user an anxiety or a phobia or even commit suicide.but we should know this in order to keep ourself from harm and hardfeeling but the media can be a way to help other people,we see on televisions that those people that they give exposure is doing hardwork for their life.
